Pictures of Justin at Believe Tour Rehearsals

Justin Bieber hits his mark during rehearsals at Long Beach Arena for his upcoming Believe world tour, which kicks off Sept. 29 in Glendale, Ariz. Bieber has been putting in up to 10 hours a day practicing elements of the sprawling production. Says his manager, Scooter Braun, “For the last tour, we rehearsed for two weeks. This time, we had two months.”

Bieber runs through a number during rehearsals in Long Beach for his upcoming tour. While his last tour featured just a handful of dancers, this one stars at least a dozen, part of the overall scale-up that includes special effects, high-tech lighting and some surprise illusion elements.

Behind Bieber and his team of dancers is a triple-level stage that will have the singer working harder than ever before. Braun says one of the main things that he’ll be keeping a close eye on is his star’s fitness level during the tour. 

The tri-level stage for the Believe tour also incorporates myriad ramps that allow the singer more direct access to his fans. 

Although his fans likely would prefer Bieber to hit the mike and bust a move, the star’s roots are in performance. He plans to show off both his guitar-picking and drumming skills during his Believe tour.
